The Phoenix, Ariz., office mural is back on the wall after it was covered with graffiti earlier this month.

The mural, which was painted by graffiti artist Toni Pichardo, had been covered with the words “We are all Arizona” and “Black Lives Matter.”

Phoenix police were able to identify the artist as Toni Hernan, and he was arrested and charged with defacing a property.

Police say he was released on bond.

A message was left for Hernas attorney.

[PHOENIX DAILY NEWS] The mural is part of the Phoenix Urban Space Initiative, which provides free mural installations in a wide array of public spaces.

The city council is expected to discuss the mural’s future during its next meeting on Thursday.

Phoenix has a long history of public art.

The Phoenix Public Library, for instance, has more than 600 murals of its own.
